According to the relevant provisions of the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR) has the right to exercise exit and entry control on its own. Immigration policies of the MSAR are formulated by the MSAR Government. Please refer to the website of the MSAR Government (https://www.gov.mo/en/services/ps-1474/ps-1474b/) for which country’s citizens need to apply for a visa or visa-upon-arrival to Macao and how to apply for a visa. For Bahamian passport holders traveling to Macao, a visa is required. However, it can be obtained upon arrival at the airport or border crossing.
